Terms for authors

It comes without sample text on purpose: a generic legal text that looks real makes you believe you are covered when you are not. It is written from the panel, under Pages, with the address «condiciones-autores».

What it must include

  • Clear terms, available before signing up (P2B Regulation 2019/1150, art. 3).
  • Why an author can be suspended or removed, and at least 15 days' notice before the terms change.
  • What share of each sale the author keeps, when they are paid and the effect on their intellectual property.
  • The ranking criteria of the catalogue and whether paying affects them (art. 5).
