It comes without sample text on purpose: a generic legal text that looks real makes you believe you are covered when you are not. It is written from the panel, under Pages, with the address «privacidad».

What it must include

  • Who the controller is and how to contact them (GDPR, art. 13).
  • What data is processed, why and on what legal basis: purchases, author accounts, support and newsletter, each one separately.
  • Who it is shared with (payment gateways, the author of the item you buy), how long it is kept and what your rights are.
